WHAT IS A DRINKING GAME?
It's a staged reading of a classic movie, like Back to the Future, The Big Lebowski, The Princess Bride or as recent as Mean Girls. Talented actors play your favorite characters reading your favorite lines. The twist? Just like a drinking game you'd do at home, you get to drink along. Unlike your home experience, though, when you come to one of our shows, the cast gets drunk along with you!
Since 2010, A Drinking Game has been gripping audiences in Los Angeles, followed by Minneapolis, New York City, Vienna (Austria) and, soon, Detroit.
DING!
The unsung hero of A Drinking Game is THE BELL, there to remind everyone of the drinking cues. In "The Princess Bride," when someone says "As you wish," DING! Time for a drink. You and the cast will (gently) play referee if an actor forgets to drink when another character says their name.
